Meet Allison Remy, PA-C
Allison Remy is a certified Physician Assistant with over 25 years of clinical experience, currently part of the medical team at Lavalle Performance Health. Her background spans neurosurgery, emergency medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation, hyperbaric medicine, and integrative/functional medicine.
Allison’s personal journey with biotoxin-related illness and autoimmune disease inspired her mission to bridge clinical medicine with environmental health. She is deeply educated in building science and understands how your indoor environment plays a crucial role in overall health and recovery.
Allison is the Co-Owner and Chief Science Officer of Vital Environments, where she combines her medical background and environmental expertise to lead science-based approaches to assessing and improving indoor environments.
Allison is considered one of the world’s leading experts in biotoxin illness by her peers.
She is also a contributor with NORMI (National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors), appearing in educational content such as “Allison Remy on CIRS: Bridging Medicine & Environmental Health.”

Meet Chris Remy-Thomas
Chris Remy-Thomas is the Co-Owner and Chief Biotoxin Assessor of Vital Environments. He is a Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) and Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) with extensive experience in indoor environmental health. Chris combines building science expertise with a passion for helping those affected by toxic indoor environments.
His professional journey began with personal experience—living in a mold-contaminated home that severely impacted his family’s health. This experience inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others identify, understand, and correct environmental issues before they lead to chronic illness.
Chris understands that maintaining a dry, clean, and balanced indoor environment isn’t just about property preservation—it’s about protecting the people who live inside. His mission is to ensure that every client’s environment supports health, comfort, and long-term recovery.
